JobLoad360 is construction management software for small contractors. It exists because the shop that has outgrown spreadsheets usually ends up running a patchwork instead — one app for estimating, another for invoicing, a third for time, and a group text holding the rest together. The job gets rebuilt in every one of them, and the margin leaks in the gaps.
One job, one record: the estimate that was signed, the crew that showed up, the photos from the field, the purchase orders, the change orders, the invoice, and the closeout package. Because it is all the same record, the software can do the part nobody has time for — compare what is being built against what was contracted, and say something about it while there is still a job left to fix.
Who it is for
Growing residential and light-commercial GCs, remodelers, and specialty trades — roughly 1 to 25 on the crew, running a handful to a few dozen jobs a year. The shop that bids its own work, runs its own field, and cannot justify a $400-a-month platform with a sales demo attached.
Who it is not for
Heavy civil, industrial, and large commercial general contractors who need AIA progress billing, RFIs, submittals, and union payroll — this does not do those, and we would rather say so here than after you have paid. How we operate
JobLoad360 is operated by R31 Holdings LLC, a US company. Pricing is published in full on the pricing page — there is no quote, no demo, and no sales call. The license and the privacy policy are readable before you create an account, not after.
AI-assisted scope and advertised material-price research are estimator inputs and must be verified before they reach a customer. The software separates what it observed from what it assumed, flags measurements it does not have rather than guessing them, and requires a person to approve a scope before it becomes an estimate.
Your data is yours. On Pro, invoices and time entries export to Excel, and the QuickBooks Online bridge posts invoices, bills, and payments to your books; Basic produces invoice and work-ticket PDFs. What a tier can export is listed on the pricing page, so you can check before you commit rather than after.
