Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. Neither the Free tier nor a Basic or Pro trial asks for one. The trial is granted by us, not by Stripe, so nothing sits behind it waiting to charge. After 14 days the plan falls back to Free by itself — the work you did on the trial tier stays readable, it just stops being editable until you upgrade.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, up or down, from Settings → Subscriptions. Your data does not move or get re-imported. Dropping to a tier with lower limits keeps everything you already created; you just cannot add past the new limit until you archive or upgrade again.

Are CPM job schedules on Basic?

No, job schedules are part of Pro: linked tasks from a template, a Gantt timeline with the critical path, crew and subcontractor updates from a phone, the Schedule Board, and resource leveling. Basic keeps work-order scheduling and crew dispatch, and a schedule made on Pro stays readable if you move to Basic.

Is pricing per user or per company?

Per company. $35/mo covers up to 5 users on Basic and $100/mo covers unlimited users on Pro. Adding a foreman or an office admin does not change the bill — no per-seat fee and no platform fee on top.

What happens when I hit my project limit?

Nothing you already have is touched or locked. You keep full access to every existing job, photo, estimate, and invoice; you just cannot start a new job until you archive a finished one or move up a tier. Archived jobs do not count against the limit.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes — 15% off. Pay for a year up front and Basic is $357/yr instead of $420 (that is $29.75/mo), Pro is $1,020/yr instead of $1,200 ($85/mo). Same features either way; switch cadence any time from Settings → Subscriptions and Stripe prorates the difference.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

No — per the license, fees are non-refundable once charged. That is why the trial takes no card: 14 days on Basic or Pro, nothing collected, nothing to cancel. Run a real job through it before you pay anything, monthly or annual.
