JobLoad360 ("we", "us", or "our") collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company details, and project data. We also collect photos, videos, GPS coordinates, and voice notes you upload through the app for site documentation purposes.

Automatically collected data includes device information, approximate location, and usage analytics to improve our services.

We use your information to provide and maintain the JobLoad360 platform, process payments, generate daily logs and reports, communicate with you about your account, and improve our features.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and is scoped to your company account via role-based access controls.

Media files and project data are isolated per company — users in one company cannot access another company's records.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Account settings. Certain data may be retained as required by law.

We integrate with third-party services including payment processors (Stripe), mapping providers (OpenStreetMap), and cloud storage. These services have their own privacy policies governing data they process.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the Account settings page or contact us through the app.

JobLoad360 is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
